Dell Studio 15 laptop
Purchased this online with total ease and convenience - I had questions which were answered with a quick call to the customer service # listed on the website - was not kept waiting attended to immediately only downfall is that after they answered my question they kept trying to sell me extra stuff so be prepared!! The ordering and selection process is in full detail and very easy with lots of options and prices quoted immediately - would not hesitate to use again.
